I need to do azura's shrine but I cant find any willowisps. Where are they?

believe me, you will see will-o-the-wisps eventually, annoying little buggers. there's a quest, can't remember where, some little town...
there have been disapearances, and people were sent to investigate a cave. they never came back. you will see them outside the cave on this quest, absolutely been a few days though, can't remember if it's a faction quest (either mages or fighter's guild) or just a random quest... think it's mages though. don't know why you haven't run into them yet though, from level 18 to 25, they were as common as cliff racers for me. got really annoying to, those things are hard to kill sometimes. -------------------- ~ toodles |
