IT WORKED!!!!
You're the man!!! I just tryed this as a console command.It worked.At Personality 8 i have got the quest..... Still,this is a cheat and i won't continue the game like this....I will craft the Drain Persona spell and cast it  You........Maybe you could make a potion? Potions that have negative effects are always counted as poisons and you can only use poisons on weapons, so that won't work  EDIT:wait! I know a solution!
