Ok, I've done every single daedric shrine quest except for Hermaeus Mora's. The only reason that I can't do Hermaeus Mora's shrine quest is that I can't even figure out how to activate it! When I ask the people around the shrine about how to activate it, they just say "you have not yet followed the path required to speak with the lord Hermaeus Mora". I guess that the shrine doesn't activate with a simple offering, but I guess that you have to follow a certain path up to the shrine. If anybody has the guide, I would appreciate it if you told me how to activate the shrine, but not how to complete the quest that Hermaeus Mora offers once you do activate his shrine

My guess is that there might be a fork in the road up to the shrine somewhere on the mountain but the shrine will only activate after choosing the right fork in the road. Again: if anyone has the guide I would be happy if you chose to divulge it's information about Hermaeus Mora's Shrine Activation.
