Here are a couple obvious ones that I have found so far...

Waiting: The wait command heals you (just like resting) except you wont level up. Why waste potions when you can just "wait" 1 hour...

Sneak: Sneak skill is EASY to autolevel. It appears to me that you gain skill while moving and being undetected... So! Find a spot in town where you are walking into a corner (so you dont go anywhere) where you are stealthed by some permanent guards (like the entrances of areas in Imperial City) and just set auto run (default "Q") and walk away. Eat food, watch a movie... you should be maxed out on stealth. If you set stealth as a primary you will have several levels waiting for you, OR, you could be a level 1 with 100 stealth!! Since the game levels the Enemies along with you, no one in the game should be able to detect you except a few set level NPC's and such, but you should be able to pickpocket ANYONE!! (almost)

Athletics is just as easy, find a spot to swim and point the curser so you dont drown, and walk away. I like the moats in Imperial city...

I have found that you can "auto level" a rogue/fighter type very easy with these. And get endurance up by finding mud crabs or similarly weak enemies, donning heavy armor, and blocking them, repairing your gear once in a while. Do 10 levels of Armorer, HArmor, and Blocking, then go back to town, 10 levels of auto sneak, 10 levels of Athletics, and you will have the x5 multiplier in 3 stats!! Your hit points will be great, you can out run anyone, and out hide everyone... Your combat skills might suck, but make them your major skills, and they should catch up quick...

You can use an Akaviri Katana for most of the Tutorial, but the guard takes them from you, the game removes the rest from the floor at the end of it /sigh... Pick one up right after Capt Renault dies...

Last of course are the "practice spells" you can make and just use as you run around...

Those are my really simple ones.

What little tricks do you have??

Well, if you want alot of money to start the game, and you don't mind being a jerk, you can....

*spoiler*

Go straight to Kvatch at level one and agree to help them take the city. Then stand back, and watch as the Deadra kill all of the guards/imperial soldiers. Take what you want for yourself, then sell the rest (I suggest going to Anvil - there is an armorer just inside with Novice mercantile that is easy to pursuade - you can get him up to 62% even with poor personality and merc skill). You'll end up with 2000 gold even if you keep a set of the armor.

Of course, it is pretty jerky to watch the people you promised to help die, but this is business - right?
