BetterBodies (i.e. nudity), Add nudity to Oblivion Options

For people with more mature (or maybe immature depeding on how you look at it) taste... is it going to be too hard to add a "BetterBodies" -like mod, except with better graphics of course, to Oblivion which allows for nudity?

look at it this way people, #1 you have access to a computer (obviously)
#2 you have access to the internet (obviously)
#3 why look at pixilated boobies in Oblivion if you can search google for images that Show some REAL boobies, not just some pixilated crap.
#4 there's something thats VERY wrong with you if you prefer pixilated nudity over REAL nudity
