 Unfriendly Competition quest, Need help |

Greetings. Anyone done this quest?
*SPOILERS BELOW* It's the quest you get in the Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Imperial City, where you are to follow Thoronir around and see what he does after he closes his shop. I followed him to that small park after he had his supper at the traders HQ, and waited all night while he was standing around with that contact. I also sneaked for several hours just behind the wall where they were standing, but no dialogue was heard from them. I also talked to his contact until he answered all the questions and told me to leave him alone. Any tips on what to do? Thanks. Follow him further.It will take some time. DON'T USE THE WAIT BUTTON!!!!
