Fantality started off with a small mod that we called, "Sleep" which requires a player to sleep if they are to continue after a certain amount of hours. This was a simple yet crucial mod for us since we are trying to merge the fantasy of Oblivion, and the real world in which we live in.
That sounds like it's gonna be hard, because you would need to think of effects that would happen to you after you haven't slept for awhile.
Here are some of my ideas for what could happen to you.
1. your agility drops ten pts for every hour (Ex. your guy has to sleep after ten hours of being awake, but you choose to stay up for 11 hours to complete a quest, so your agility drops ten points). This is supposed to simulate drowsiness.
2. Your fatigue doesn't regenerate once your x ammount of hours of staying awake are up.
3. after two hours of staying up (past your limit) have passed, your intelligence drops 5 points.
(all of these negative effects from not going to sleep go away once you do go asleep)
those are all that I can think of. I hope that they help.
EDIT: I know that you made this thread so that you could find modders who are interested in this, but I just like to give ideas, so please forgive me!
