EDIT:I SOLVED THE PROBLEM.IF ANYBODY ELSE IS EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM,JUST DOWNLOAD THE FIX FROM HERE
OK,I THINK THIS IS A BUG,BUT IF SOMEONE HAS A SOLUTION IT WOULD BE APRICIATED:  AS YOU CAN SEE I ALLREADY CAPTURED A SOUL OF A REDGUARD BANDIT.NOW THE PROBLEM:  I'M IN A STANCE TO KILL THE ALTMER NECRO.  I'M PREPARING THE SPELL THAT MORA THOUGHT ME.  I'M CASTING THE SPELL  I KILLED THE NECRO.BUT.......  THE SOUL ISN'T CAPTURED!!!I SHOULD HAVE AN ALTMER SOUL ADDED!
