ive ben hit soo many times do they need to get up close and bite me or just hit me with there weapon?

Sure they will infect you...but as I said earlier...the number of hits required to get infected is randomised between the computer, your level, the level of the vampire, what kind of resistances you have...etc.
So there is no real way to tell how many hits youmust take to get infected. -------------------- So I have resorted to advertising. My Fanfiction.net profile, there are a few other stories there as well.
