 Abandoned shack, Will my things disappear there? |

I was planning on using the abondoned shack in the Imperial City Waterfront as a temporary base until I can afford a real house. But will my things disappear if I leave them there, since I don't own it?
Or can the shack be bought? Another thing, when I was about to drop stuff off there just now, there was a guy in there. Some unemployed dude from Solstheim. Will he steal my stuff, or can I kill him?  -------------------- Do not take me for a conjurer of cheap tricks!

A great place to live on the Waterfront would be the pirate ship. Step on. Step off. Let one of the pirates HIT YOU FIRST. Then attack them. If you go up to the dock area the guards will help you out. Just make sure you dont strike the pirates first or the guards will attack you.
 After they get killed then the ship is yours.  |
