 Does a skill over 100 count? |

OK,just a simple question:
If for example my Marksman skill is 100 and i put an item that adds +10 to marksman,is my 110 skill better than my previus 100?Why am i asking such a stupid question?Here's why: I noticed that even though i have a security skill of 107 when picking a lock,my skill counts as 100.That means that the rest 7 doesn't count at all.Screenshots:   -------------------- ''Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.''

ive noticed this myself...
for fun, i set my acrobatics to 255 with a cheat... but i didnt jump any higher than my main char did with 100 acrobatics... i kinda miss jumping across the entire country like in morrowind  --------------------  |
