How do you get more options for enchantments to add to your weapons and armor? Right now at level 12 I can add the basic enchantments like fire, cold, shield etc.. is there a level or skill I need to get ?

No, you don't need the start for MQ, and you don't use up the star when you use it to enchant, it just empties. In MQ, you need ANY Daedric quest item. I gave up the Ebony sword because I only had a few at the time and wasn't going to give up the Star or the Skel Key. |
