How do you get more options for enchantments to add to your weapons and armor? Right now at level 12 I can add the basic enchantments like fire, cold, shield etc.. is there a level or skill I need to get ?

Ohhh..... He points you towards Azura's shrine though. I thought you neede that. I'll give up the wabbajack next time, fat lot of good it did me.
