Lucien Lachance.. thou marked by Sithis from the moment of his birth, he was born meek, shy and never showed any signs of angst, rebellion or even cruelty. He was always scholarly in his studies quite the outstanding student. Although he never showed any signs of it he was indeed a dark and blackened soul but, no one not even Lucien himself realised it. He greeted everyone kindly in his own silent mannar. It became normal for him to appear and dissappear out of nowhere in his silent study. He could be seen with a book eager to learn in his young years.
By the time he was 10 he was vastly smarter then any of his classmates and he was never rude or anything other then subtle. Most kids of a shy or quiet nature are made fun of.. but, he was never marked or picked on by other students, prehaps it was because it was so hard for them to find him when he didn't want to be found. He loved the more gothic readings of vampires, dragons, potions and necromancy. He never dared to venture actually attempting necromancy himself but, he couldn't resist its charms or the charms of studing death itself. While he never himself appeared to enjoy the idea of killing he never denied that all things must begin and all things must end. So while his fellow students lived in blissfull ignorance he from a young age begun to accept death.
Part of his fascination with death was how certain creatures: zombies, vampires, and undead creatures could escape death. He himself had never desired to live forever until one day. He saw her a fair Noble lady. She was being escorted by armed gaurds to her daily lessons across the town. He went to speak to this fair young lady but, before he could within 10 yards the gaurds saw him running towards her and drew their weapons.
Lucien was quite embarrased but, didn't know how to form words.. the gaurds gave a command for him to speak but, he couldn't do anything more then mutter. The gaurds were by no means the brightest bunch and when they saw luciens demeanor took him for a mage casting some occultist spell.. so with a swing of the short blade cut lucien at his throat.
Lucien awoke later in a bed with the strikingly beautiful young lady next to him apologizing for the brash actions of her gaurds. She explained that she was enrolled in the school of restoration because her parents felt it "proper" a young lady learn such arts in an extraordinarly dangerous world.
As time went on and lucien finally fully recovered he had grown extraordinarly fond of this girl and she of him. Lucien felt a bit silly because it had been some months and he had not yet, asked her name. So finally building up the courage they exchanged names. She was "Countess Lucrecia Lachance" a heir to some fortune in the local village. He was simple "Lucien". Seeing as luciens family was poor they never really needed or had a last name. So he simply went with "lucien" and that was all he needed.
Upon asking of her name he requested the priviliedge of spending more time with her. She obligded with giddy. As they walked until the stunning moonlight he put his arm around her waste and pulled her closer. She pressed her bosom against his and hugged tightly resting her hed on his shoulder.
The following day her father announced she would be wed to Count Vini of the neighboring villiage. Lucien became outraged and knew what he must do. He used his unrivaled silent nature and quiet demeanor to sneak into the Counts house and slip a bit of poison into his wine barrels.
