In the ruin near imperial city, vilverin I think, UMBRA, a warrior with ebony armor is there, I attacked her and she butchers my health like nothing on earth, I hid ontop of the pillar and fired arrows etc and she just doesn't die, im sure I read you need to be level 20 or something to dual her, im level 7 nearly 8, I want that ebony armor lol, is there anyway I can get it?

So long as you can find the sword there should be no problem with the quest.
For the armor I suggest the Ebony stuff, but I am not sure as to which is better, but it is probably Ebony (I don't use heavy armor). P.S. The only differances for sexes with armor is the model for some of them. But don't worry, it changes to the male version if you equip it.
