Ah, talking Star Trek, aren't we? Prepare for the ultimate geekiness!

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
Spock: ,,Lieutenant, the Admiral is well aware of the regulations." Upon encountering the Reliant. Saavik, (like the rest of the crew actually still in training) talks about some regulation to raise the shields and all. Kirk decides not to and the Enterprise takes a big beating.

Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
Kirk: ,,Because the needs of the one outweigh the needs of the many." Kirk explains why he sacrificed everything (ship, son, a couple of Klingons, his rank etc.) to revive Spock.

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
,,Must be the radiation." Chekov when he threatens to stun a couple of navy guys and his phaser doesn't function.

Kirk (after McCoy got them past the guard by telling them that they had a patient with something very deadly sounding disease.): ,,What did you say she had?"

(when picard and Data steal a Romulan fighter somewhere later in the film, there is a small reference to the car chase earlier.)
