Now don't everyone throw your mittens and snow shoes at me ... but I live in Florida .... all sunshine all the time!!!
That is when we aren't having thunderstorms (we are the lightning capitol of North America) and of course, from June to November it's hurricane season. Ok, bigey dealy - ya buy some candles and canned goods. We all got through the summer of the 4 hurricanes, so pour another gumbay smash and enjoy the margaritas.
I spent today at poolside, when I wasn't swimming among this delightful little family that for some reason had told their children that there wouldn't be any dinner that night ... you could tell the adults were teasing but the kids were really puzzled about why no dinner. Ya, strange swimming companions I know - but Cain only let's me swim when there are other people in the pool for safety. And he never leaves the darkened room of the computer screens. So, I swim with whoever is there. tee hee
I sat out in a lawn chair and wrote a letter to my sis after that and even though it was 6:30pm, the sun was warming my face and legs like it was about 4pm. Very nice sunny, breezy weather - high puffy clouds - egrets, coromants, grackles winging it on the updrafts. God I love Florida!
