Hope it's ok that I ask this here.

I have all settings/sliders at max within the game, and mipmapping set to best quality in the ATI Control Center. Still I'm not too happy with how it looks in game. Even after a short distance the textures disappear and the landscape looks very 'empty' and boring.

Note how the textures disappear after a while: Picture 1

I'd like the textures to look like they do on the left on this picture also on the right side: Picture 2

Anyone have any tips for adjusting this in the ini file or something?

Np smile.gif you can also try the ones above and below "ugridstoload" as they change things like distant trees and how far away things like forts load smile.gif
