Vampire Cure Quest, HELP WITH A BUG!!! Options

OK,I DECIDED TO GET RID OF VAMPIRISM,SO VISITED THE WICH.I GAVE HER EVERYTHING SHE NEEDED.......BUT........

WHEN I ASK HER ABOUT MY CURE........


Nothing! The wich has everything she needs,and yet she doesn't want to give me the potion! First i thought,maybe i should raise her disposition?I did that (to a 100) and nothing happend.

Then i though:Maybe i should come by day time,instead of night time?
No result.She refuses to give me the potion.

My only guess is that this is a bug.
If someone knows where can i download the fix:please tell me.
If someone knows the console command to get the quest to the next level (i don't want to cheat,but this is for fixing purposes) please tell me.I don't want to finish the quest with a console command,just to trigger her to do what she was suposed to do in the first place.

I don't really need the vamp potion.I'm ok with being a vamp with level 1,it's almost the same as if i'm not a vamp.But i do want the cure for counts wife.I wonder what is the reward for that (DON'T TELL ME!!!).

I haven't been a vampire yet, but I downloaded a fix for this quest while I was browsing for mods somewhere. Sorry I can't remember where. Anyway it seems there is a known bug with the Cure for Vampirism quest.

The file is called CFVBloodgrass02.rar

Not sure if this is related to your problem, though. From the readme:

Directions :

This fix works even with those who have already started on quest
and turned in all other items.  Just grab the Bloodgrass on the
table then go talk to Melisande and select the Bloodgrass option
two times.
