HELP!, how can I get out of resisting arrest? Options

Ok so here is what happens...

I go and do the side quest of closing the gate ouside of Cheydinhal. I talk to the guy and he tells me to go see the count. The count isnt in his throne but in his quarters. I waited for a day or so and no change. I decide to go up there personally. I enter his quarters and the guard tries to stop me. I choose to resist arrest and go to talk to the count. The count is pleased to hear of the gate shutting but he mourns the loss of his son. And when thats done I'm still being attacked.

I then sprint out of there and out of the town making it all the way back to near Imperial city. But there is this guard who wont stop chasing me. So I kill him and get the brotherhood message. But I ignore that. I make it all the way to Armand Christophe to clear my bounty. I pay 500 but I'm still wanted. a guard follows me into the pirateship where I live and I kill him there (this time using god mode ) I go and pay that off in hopes that fixes it.

The enemy music is still playing so I try to see if they would attack. So I enter town from the waterfront when I hear "You wont get away with assault!" and they start attacking Methedrel, I draw my sword 'cause some are rushing me and I start attacking. Then the rest came from killing methedrel to attack me and out of nowhere comes two Mythic Dawn who attacks everyone including me.

At that point I just quit to go post this message. WHAT can I do to clear myself of the death of those two soldiers? I cant sleep nor wait anywhere now I tried walking into the middle of nowhere and stays the same.

What can I do?

Well, in Morrowind there was something called a Death Warrant. You got those when your bounty got really high, usually from killing multiple people or guards.
In short, you could pay of your bounty but they would still come after you cause it's unforgivable. Only way to stop that was through the console or reloading.

Such a thing never happend to me in MW even when I went on a rampage..... Don't think it existed except maybe in a mod.

At any rate this happened to me as well.... because Lex saw you he'll pursue you until he doesn't "know" where you are. It took me a long time to ditch him, but eventually I lost him and made sure I had no bounties etc. Then he didn't like me but too bad for him
