Help! I found the shrine, but all the bloke says is that I don't look ugly, maybe I can prove that I'm ugly on the inside. No quest turns up in the quest log, so I haven't the faintest idea what to do. Anyone mind helping me?

 I thought that was Namira`s shrine.lol anyway,you have to lower your personality below 30.
