I hate to admit it, but I agree whole-heartedly with Konrad, though I'm not going to quit. This problem with fighting and god-like characters could easily be solved if people would use the planning thread before just hacking and slashing and then blocking and dodging.
I mean, that fight back there doesn't make all that much sense if you go back and read it. Well, you can follow what happens, but there's no hint of any kind of reality in it.
Example : I don't remember who it was, but somebody picked up Brianna during a fight, ran up some steps, put her in a hammock, and then ran back downstairs to go join in the fight again. Which is all well and good, except for the fact that it was all done in one post, as if the person were The Flash.
I know that people want to show how much better their own character is compared to someone else's but that's really not what it's about.
Take AMU, for example; now I believe that two sides is too much. (Or maybe you just can't go back to the good old days) In AMU, it was one side divided against itself trying to fight a powerful evil. We had so much character interaction because everyone travelled in one group, helping each other, as well as arguing and fighting. The fact that we were fighting NPC kind of monsters and such kept the kind of strife that is here out. We were too busy fighting random werewolves and such to spend as much time fighting each other. (With the exception of Niran, of course

)
That's my two cents; I say we think of a much larger plot that could unfold during the course of the chase so that the heir people and the assassin people could unite against a common enemy.
