Imperial city, Please read my mod Options

I had a cool idea about making a smaller city out side the imperial city on the same island. There is already a path going around the out side of the city and joining up at the with the chestnut stables. It should use the same models from the small group of hovels and small wood houses around the back of the imperial waterfront the place were you go the join the thieves’ guild. This city should be where lower class people live it should be quite a ruff place with lots of crime and drugs and maybe some Deadra worship. The imperial watch should not have a very strong grip on this new district. This is were lots of thieves murderers’ and homeless people live. New buildings like a hoar house and the selling of illegal items. This could also be the location of a new dark brotherhood sanctuary.

i dono about that, its not that i dont like your idea at all, because i do, its just i have so much to do right now, btw would you like to be a voice actor for my new less unique individuals part of my mod? The goal is to make the guards, and everyone else have different voices.
