I need some help with my pet bird(Black masked lovebird). She seems to be sitting on my chair and eating my hair. What do I do?

Now I have to check this thread constantly to see if Pisces has said anything foul about me!
It seems kind of extreme to put hot sauce on his hair and burn a little bird's mouth/beak. I still think you could hang some beads in your hair, kinda near where the bird likes to sit and I bet it would be more fascinated by that. Pisces ------>  -------------------- |
