So after seeing Neela's stuff I decided to give poser a shot - and came up with a Daedra champion sailing from Morrowind to Vvardenfell...
 The sky, flame and stand out from blur was all photoshopped after render.  --------------------   |

no, the sails on teh left are what the texture was.
 I blurred the whole right sight then did a preblur brush over the character to stand him out from the blur. Next part of the story on its way.... -------------------- |
