I was just wondering:

Yes, it is the best RPG/game ever. I suggest FFVIII, FFX or FFVII for starters.
But it is more like an interactive and butt clenching story. The gameplay is samey but it is so tense and gripping you get involved like hell. I'd say start with FFX and work backwards. Miss out FFIX --------------------   |
