I was just wondering what is this letter for?
  Who's Branwen? I didn't see any Redguard in the bloodworks. Is this a posible quest to find Branwen or something? OR Is this here for no reason? -------------------- ''Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.''

As far as I can tell there is nothing you can do with this. I tried talking to both of them about it but there was nothing differant. I guess it is just there to make the game seem more real, like those love letters you can find in many houses and inns (Or the letter at the end of Vilverin).
