I need some help with my pet bird(Black masked lovebird). She seems to be sitting on my chair and eating my hair. What do I do?

 Great sense of humor there, Pisces...  Oh and Hitchcock's 'The Birds' (is that the correct English name for it?) is one of my all time favorite movies. They show it quite often on various channels here, and each time I come over it while browsing channels I just have to keep watching.
