Chorrol Oblivion Gate - Hatreds Bow, entrance to leaning tower? Options

Does the tower entrance show up on the map?

exact location please.

Is there any reason it should not be available in the xbox version? Aren't the games indentical? You'll have to search quite far to the north of the tower, or actually NNW.
