I've borrowed some of my friends' instructional dvds, and they never help. the guys on em always just show off, then slow it down slightly and say, "Got it? I hope this helps!" then continue with more showing off.
EDIT: Konrad, are you playing while listening to the actual song? Because, some of it doesn't seem to match up.  Or maybe the audio is playing too far ahead/behind the video.
