I think it's Fighters guild or blades.
I like Arena too. But thieves guild or Dark brotherhood is boring.  Mages guild is not bad, but not my favorite. Can u tell me some interesting quests too?  -------------------- Not often on the forums anymore.. Last time I've been here was about 3 months ago...

In addition to DB, some of the random side quests were pretty good. Others have mentioned several. I was surprised by one that I avoided earlier - the ogre's quest in Leyawin. It's not complicated, but I kinda liked it and the reward was nice - good for a low-level character. I liked them generally in this order: DB Daedric Mages Guild Umbacano Thieves Guild MQ Arena *side quests mixed in here and there Fighters - actually hated them.
