I am trying to figure out how to achieve "Champion of Cyrodil" Can anyone help me? I have already defeated and killed the Gray Prince.

Talk to the scholar at the Arcane University (can't remember her name off the top of my head - something like Tar-Meena?). She gives you hints and eventually just tells you the answer.
Spoiler! Alternatively go to the Green Emporer way at midday and look around the tombs for a map of Cyrodiil lit up. It's on the wall of one of the bigger tombs. -------------------- "If you make something idiot proof someone will invent a better idiot."
