Yo!
I'm getting a little bored with Oblivion...it's getting tedious when all Quests are alike. Into cave - slas'ndash - out of cave. Into Ayleid ruin - runaround - out of Ayleid ruin...  I want to try something different. Can someone tell me how to create the meanest baddest mage possible. i want like a gazillion magicka...you get the drift...   -------------------- //Elendil

You can max everything except luck in about 25-30 levels pretty easily if you use perfect "lossless" leveling. If you want luck, you will need a few extra levels. Also, if your END starts at 50, and you put +5 END each level for your first 10 levels, you will gain I think 290 HP through your 30 levels. So that plus your starting Health should be close to your "correct" health.
Also, since the enemies level with you, you wont have money, and wont have many spells, you may be hard pressed to beat ANYONE... I would suggest doing the Mages Guild quests at level 1 so you can at LEAST get access to spell making, that way you can easily make your wimpy damage spells into something worthwhile and at least be able to kill things that way.
