im wondering how people make mods and if they use tools wich im sure they do were do i get these tools to make the mods and how much is it goin to cost me. if its aloud site links would be kool to show me some sites with mod tools

I would still sudgest reading the oblivion tutorials.
Oblivion has a new object ID system that the old guides wont mention. For the most part your right it doesn't need a whole new guide, but its been made and its more accurate. ~Dirox -------------------- Not what could be, not what should be, but what is.
