Really? ohhhh, I´m impressed....Sorry I could never do that.....I don´+t like jogging.....walking is something I do......now and then (nordic walking)
Then again aren´t you afraid of overdoing it? According to what I´ve read you should let the body rest now and then......that will even increase the efficiency of the training in total....
