Veric

"Interesting," was all that Veric could say in regards to the events that had happened. Seeing that everyone has either died or ran in fear, Veric moved to retrieve his sword from Telina.

Something was wrong though. Veric rested his hand on the hilt of his sword, staring into Telina's dead expression. Something definitely isn't right. He knelt by her and touched her forehead with his hand. A simple detect life spell revealed that a hint of life still resided deep inside her. A faint tempo in her heart, breath in her lungs; a life force so small it was seemingly undetectable by means other than a simple detect life spell.

"She clings to life still. It seems she is not ready to go yet," he said quietly to himself. Veric was faced with a decision: Leave her here to rot, or an idea he had gotten, take her as a trophy of sorts. The others seem to be attached to her, perhaps she could come in hand as acting as a beacon to them.

He stood and drew his Dwarven longsword from her chest and held it pointed at her neck, still-warm blood dripping from it staining the snow. "You have lossed and I have spared you. You belong to me now until death releases you," he spoke as if she were conscious.

Veric reached down and picked Telina up by her robe, her head falling limp to the side. He admired her beauty, perhaps it was a reason why he spared her. "A suiting trophy. Soon they will all be reduced to dust."

In a flash of magicka both Veric and Telina had vanished...

EDIT: (note: no one (save those sided with veric) is supposed to see this or know that telina is alive. if your character is around then this happened after they departed, and if your character can sense life, tellie's was too weak to sense. her not-death is secret, as well is veric taking her. (if you go back for her you can notice she dissappeared though.))


Sadril

Sadril moved through the woods until he emerged near the group. The first thing he did was pick out Rahvin, or... his body rather. He paused and prepared himself, then drew his katana and ran straight for 'Rahvin'. He stopped, sliding in the snow a little, but ultimately ended up with the tip of his blade at 'Rahvin's' neck. "Why don't you tell these people who you really are?"

In all actuallity, Sadril wan't one hundred percent sure on what he was doing. Yeah there was a voice in his head, but he had lots of those. Plus after his small breakdown in the Inn, combined with the way he has proved his trustworthiness in the past--what with threatening to kill almost everyone he was travelling with-- he wasn't sure he would be trusted.

If the fake Rahvin played his cards right, in fact, he may very well turn everyone against Sadril.

"Just shut-up!" he yelled at 'Rahvin', his anger rising at the mention of Telina's name. Sadril addressed the others, "This man is an imposter," he paused realizing he had absolutely no credibilitu, no proof. "Rah--" he stopped again thinking the words through, "Rahvin's body was taken by something or someone. I don't know, but this isn't Rahvin. Rahvin is in my head!"

Damn, that was weak.
