I would presume there are roads connecting the main cities in oblivion. So I think it would be a great idea if someone would create a cart which your horse could pull. It would be great for merchant type characters. You could carry way more items too.

It would be even cooler if you could make merchant NPCs that would go from town to town selling goods, sometimes rare goods. And you could find them on the roads with those carts.
Even add quests that in the thieves guild you ambush them. Or make it so bandits will hide and ambush them. -------------------- |
