Slow Motion - Six Million Dollar Man, Just saying thank for help !! Options

Just wanting to shout and ty for the info on how to get rid of the slow motion. Speaking as to where you look like you are the 6 million dollar man in Oblivion. I am happy to find out it was the joystick glich interfering with the game in a way were it causes that problem. Thank you for the help.
