BBqs, fireworks, riots, 15 year old pyrotechnicians galore!
Heh... why do old people get pissed off at young people using this day to make or illegally buy bombs? I mean... the US fought the war using guerilla tactics, they were making bombs in their basements, too. Yeah so what are ya'll (you'll notice because of the specific conjunction I used, I'm specifically talking to the Americans) up to for today? -------------------- A man once asked the Buddha, "How does one escape the heat of the summer sun?"

Well sky fireworks are illegal in our part of Florida ... but many people seem to know that mail ordering from Texas is their inalienable right under the constitution. So on my way into work on Monday night, we saw many beautiful sky fireworks shooting up from neighborhoods all over the place.
Then Tuesday night you could hear all the official county & city fireworks going off from all different directions. But we stayed in the house and ate hotdogs and played Dungeons & Dragons on the 4th. We also watch George Castanza & the Rockettes & Stevie Wonder have fireworks on TV. -------------------- |
