Not that I've read many books in these games, but I remember reading one called "The Locked Door", it was quite a story and it gave you a point in security.

If you like one with a sick plot twist, read the Palla series. I think it's just a two part series but the twist at the end made me cringe at the disturbingness of it. Soooo good though
