Even Though ive beaten morrowind and oblivion ive never have mage magical armour. Everytime i have tryed so far its upon contact or on target im tring to make a constant effect on self. This armour im trying to make is glass for assissins. I also need some descripsion on soul capturing an how different souls and rocks change the armour if you can tell me what are the best souls to capture and how.

you can only enchant armor/clothes with constant effects, and they can only be effects derived from spells you know and can use with your current skill level. also, the bigger the soul in the gem, the more powerful enchantment. hope it helps.
