Hmm, fear? I'd say heights. I always get the sweat going from that. Oh, and balls. The countless times I got a hard ball in my face by pure accident (even after I'd moved to a 'safe place') must have paid off. Whenever I hear about a sport that involves kicking or throwing balls at people, I go all shivery. The fact that half the class is a bunch of show-offs who love nothing more but to show how hard they can kick/throw that ball after their years of playing sports doesn't help much either.
But spiders, insects? I'm not scared at all. It is rather funny, seeing how my whole family goes in a panic at seeing a single bee buzz around, and me just looking at it. I still wouldn't go near any bug I know to be lethally poisonous, like that black widow spider in Australia. No way, mister. You just stay down there, on the other side of the globe.

Fabulous hairneedle attack! I'm gonna be bald before I hit twenty.
