The Thoogera dungeon is a large dungeon for Morrowind with many critters, much treasure, and much danger. There are no quests: just dive in and explore.

Argh. I found a bug. Once activated (by a random NPC greeting), the topic for "safe zone" appears everywhere on every NPC. It is supposed to only appear when the player is in a Thoogera cell.
This bug is not in the main Thoogera plugin, but in the optional dialog plugin. For now, I recommend disabling the optional dialog plugin, pcc_thoogera_dialog_01.esp. -------------------- I left
