Yeah, good doesn’t quite cover it. I am afraid to discuss it further, since I can still only speak about it in exclamation marks and smilies.

I’m going to see it again Friday. viking.gif

Thor was great. But if you can, try seeing it in Imax, or in Imax Thor-D! The Thor(d) Dimension really adds to the film! laugh.gif

I express my full appreciation for that here.

I am THOR-oughly impressed at how far we can take this pun. Really hammer it home. Keep pounding it into our forum. Beating it as far as we can on the anvil.

That said, I would like to take this time to make a minor announcement.

Me' Ceremony of Commencement has come to a completion. Diploma in hand, tassel moved to the left of the square cap, stage crossed, Pomp and Circumstance played, etc.

More importantly, I am now officially unemployed. For a while at least.

D@mn. This growing-up thing is starting to suck.

O-din't you know we are all a band of merry punsters here? If we keep it up though, mALX may "snatch us Baldur-headed" to use an E. TN phrase.

Ysmir- we would certainly be a sorry-LOKIng lot then.

GAAAAH !!!! Congrats on graduating !!!! I get all teary-eyed when they play "Pomp and Circumstance" - so one minute after graduating you become unemployed, huh? ROFL !!!!

Bethesda is currently undergoing litigation. A former navy pilot has sued the software studio claiming that Oblivion caused him to have a seizure that got him kicked out of the military.

Warranted, or just another case-in-point of Americans trying to solve all their problems with a nice hot lawsuit?

People these days, man. People these days. nono.gif What is it with lawsuits and sue-ing, nowadays anyway?
----

Right. So this coming week, I shall be tested in the ways of 'Studying'. Our first Semester Test looms with a dark smile. I shall have headaches and lose a lot of sleep, I just know it. Bring in the cups of coffee, I say. I'm gonna need it. And other things sickly sweet.

At mALX's video: Woah. I didn' know having a seizure was considered a dance.. Hmm.

Maybe the guy who filed a lawsuit against Bethesda was appealing to the public meida to watch in awe as he seizures in delight. That's a plausible reason for any, yes? Hehe

I just turned in my final paper for my Film class, thus marking my last act as a student at the University of Minnesota. I'll be attending William Mitchell College of Law in the fall, but I think this song pretty much sums up my situation at this particular moment:

Hey, platypus! Go Gophers! I went to UMN for my doctorate (stayed at the St. Paul campus) and my younger brother followed me to go undergraduate there as well! And congrats on the unemployment. Here's hoping you find work before the financial aid payments start! biggrin.gif

sad.gif So, one of our birds went missing a bit more than an hour ago. Our two cockatiels were out of their cage and someone forgot to close the door, next thing we know the female has flown out.

I don't particularly like the bird, but it's no fun that she's gone. I wouldn't want her to die or anything. My family are running around in the neighborhood looking for her while I'm at home in case she comes back. So yeah, it's quite melancholy at home right now. sad.gif
