I don't know. I'm afraid to take sleeping medicine because I don't want to become dependent on it. K mean eventually I crash, but sometimes I just can't sleep. I can function on little sleep. I'm grouchy, but functioning lol

I refuse to take any kind of sketchy medication like sleeping pills and stuff. Don't want to get addicted.

I can usually function fine without sleep, and I usually don't crash unless I can't take it anymore, lol.
