That doesn't always mean you won't get hit on either. I've had the moves put on me by men I know for a fact were gay, and flamboyant enough about it to make Elton John look straight.

Sometimes just being in a deep close friendship opens up feelings for you that they don't know how to express in any other way - just exactly like straight male friends do when they start feeling close to a woman they are friends with.

Also, in coming to terms with what they were born to be - being gay is not an easy life at all, especially if the man desires real love/long term relationship/till death do you part/a life partner. Momentary partners are not fulfilling for a man that wants marriage and forever. The frustration can cause times when in moments of indecision and wondering if they could change what they were born to be that they may hit on a woman.

DE lesson 101. Liz, I don't care what happens, but keep your eyes open for smooth and obvious moves. The gay card is a clever way to put a woman's "bitch" shield down. Instead of trying to work hard to just make her lower the defenses, they're melted with the whole "yeah, i think I'm gay" line.

I think girls are more intimate with homosexual guys because they believe they won't be hit on( or as often) as regular straight guys. If the guy is smart enough, he'll turn that friendly banther and playfullness into a sexual/flirty one before the girl has a chance to throw him into that fiery hell called the Friend Zone.

I've ranted enough, though. Liz, have fun, however you like. Watch a movie, eat some popcorn, enjoy. I'm not saying he's using the Phony Gay Card but there is always a slim possiblity.
