I like that Annie has a thing for hats! Of course, it is great to see that long ponytail sometimes. . . . Divide – Oh noes, they partially filled in the Grand Canyon! Sniper is very mysterious. It looks like something from one of the Predator movies. Woot! There’s Annie in her raspberry beret standing in front of an atomic powered sex toy! And back to the Mojave. Yup, if she’s gonna wear a hat, I like the beret. Loose ends – I can see why Annie killed him. I mean, just look at that headgear! Homestead. Aww, bears. I finally get to return the description you once applied to Buffy: ‘Cuddly – like a rattlesnake’. Serra Madre. That ghostly figure seems to be dressed in more flowing and revealing attire than Annie normally wears. Is she a Daedra Lord that somehow teleported to the wrong game? Forgive my 'stuck in TES' orientation. Are these shots from a FONV DLC?

I love the Zion pictures. That’s one of my favorite real-life places. Pre-apocalypse. The Burned Man picture looks really neat. It makes me want to find out his story. I like Annie’s sleeveless long coat! That’s a lot of bears! Dino is my favorite. Are these toys you can find in places?

Acadian: Annie hasn't found any new hats she likes much lately, so a lot of ponytail shots are coming up. Sniper comes from two things she picked up in the Divide. A suit of powered armor and an Anti-Material Rifle. She has a few other suits of power armor laying around the house at home. Annie finally took the perk that allows you to wear the stuff, so I decided to give it a whirl. Her carbine looks too small compared to the armor, so she had to use a bigger gun as well, hence the Anti-Material Rifle. That ghost is close to a Daedric Princess. She is a vampire princess! Well, she is voiced by one. Laura Bailey - who did Serana's voice, did hers as well. That one of her at the end is from the Dead Money dlc. I have more coming up from that, and from the Old World Blues dlc. Grits: I googled Zion National Park and was delighted to discover that it was real! The Burned Man is very prominent in the recent history of the vanilla Mojave setting. You can learn a lot about him from talking with one of the Rangers at Camp Golf, who gives you the entire story of how Caesar's Legion attacked Hoover Dam and how they were stopped, and the legend of what happened afterward... I didn't like like the sleevless coat. It just looks... unbalanced to me without the sleeves. So it went in the wardrobe back home. Teddy bears and toy cars are two of the standard toys from FO3. So are baseballs, baseball gloves, and some statics of blocks and roller skates. FONV added the dino toys. They are Dinky the Dinosaur toys. The full size Dinky lives in Novac. You can buy the toys from the shop inside, or find them in a few places in the wasteland. You can buy the rockets there too. They glow because they have a radioactive isotope in them. You can use them in a quest to get some real rockets running! Yay for the ponytail shots. I didn’t realize you were unfamiliar with the real Zion. I’m so glad you googled it! Anyway, thanks for more shots from Annie’s Fallout adventures. The Dead Money team sure looks like a motley crew. Another hat. An ‘IndieAnnie Jones’ hat! Ghostbusting = Angry Annie. That is a very neat shot of Annie sitting there by herself watching the ‘movie’. Moody, haunting, lonely, big sky, beautiful. Rude awakening = Beautiful ponytail! That dog gun even has K9000 written on the side! And a space skellie. Lobotomite – what a name for a baddie! Luvs the skool ABC’s. Dog poker. So, what is the Big MT?

Acadian: The funny thing is that there is an Indiana Jones hat in FONV. If you take the Wild Wasteland perk, as all of my characters now do, there is an old refrigerator laying by the side of the highway near where you start. Inside is a pre-war skeleton of a man with the Indy hat. But thanks to how the Beth games clothing changes based on your character's sex, it turns into this silly beret-like thing with a feather sticking out of it if you are female. The god gun barks and snarls when enemies are near, which is handy. It has 'ears' that perk up and down too. It seemed random to me, but the wiki claims it when it detects enemies as well. Big MT is short for Big Mountain, also called The Big Empty (which I prefer, as it perfectly describes the brains of the 'people' you find there). It is a pre-war research center, that used to be underneath a mountain. But at some point they blew up the mountain overhead, leaving just a rim of jagged rock around the place like a crater. Before the war they created all sorts of high-tech weapons and gizmos. The used captured Chinese prisoners of wars for test subjects, and unsuspecting Americans as well. They made the holograms in the Sierra Madre, from the Dead Money dlc, and the poison gas in the place as well. They also created some of the abominations that roam the wastelands, like Night Stalkers (mutant coyote/rattlesnakes) and cazadors (hideously dangerous giant insects). They are basically as evil as evil scientists can be. Annie intends to kill them all as soon as she gets the opportunity. Thanks for the info on your game! I like Annie’s new outfit. What are the little nipple plugs for? I’d be hesitant to speculate so I thought I’d ask. Nightstalker Test Area – Looks like that’ll just perk Annie’s curiosity instead of instill caution. Holy crap! As if mutant giant scorpions weren’t bad enough. Now someone’s making RoboScorps?!? How clever to have an outfit that keeps her company while adventuring! A raspberry beret with a halo around it! That’s a neat sky above Big MT. The little deathclaw is adorable! And I’m still liking Annie’s high ponytail.

House loses - That looks like a draugr in the first shot. Perhaps hooked up to various devices so he wouldn’t have to leave the gaming floor of the casino to eat/pee etc? And I really like Annie's talking armor (with the nipple plugs). Ready for battle – Is that a California bear on her chest plate? Against the Legion – What a great close up of Annie! She looks great – and very determined! Leading the assault – Annie git yer Gun! Death from above! Did someone finally get that B-29 working?

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jan 31 2015, 12:13 PM) mALX: I don't know if the B-29 ever flies or not. It would be neat if it did. But I wouldn't be surprised if Obsidian never went that far to make that work. There are a lot of things in FONV that seem to have been half done, then abandoned. Aurora's sunglasses are from Sunglasses Collection NV, it adds a bunch of neat sunglasses. Acadian: Zion is probably the most beautiful area I have seen in a fallout game. Granted, these games are not known for looking idyllic! Sadly no matter how long Annie sat, she never learned any spells! I started the Lonesome Road dlc, and have some pics from that. Meet the other E-DE, in The DivideThe first place you visit is a ballistic missile siloNow I know where the Red Skull went after the first Captain America movieAmerica's bright future is in your handsWelcome to The DivideOur Hope For Our ChildrenIt is a broken, tortured land I commented these on the other thread, but that was before I learned the whole info about this quest - what a horrific dungeon crawl this was, just amazing you were able to get any screenshots at all! Some really thought provoking signs/titles/and images!

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Feb 1 2015, 10:52 PM) Acadian: I like that park ranger hat, it reminds me of the old school Marine Corps campaign hats. Apparently there were several nukes that didn't get used. Annie fixed that later however... The street signs have quite a bit of sarcasm in them, don't they? The Deadlands would be a good name for The Divide. It is the most desolate, ruined place I have seen in the Fallout games. The DivideAmerican SniperAmerican AtomsReturning to the MojaveTying up loose ends at Dry Wells (after Annie used the missiles from The Divide to nuke Caesar's Arizona). Taking a break back at the homesteadOn to the Serra Madre I commented these screens on the other thread, but wanted to come back here and tell you how much your original words about this DLC inspired me in making my own mod. You were talking about this quest and how the developers went all out to set the atmosphere of devastation in this place, that it was striking to you and really enhanced the immersion in the beginning of this DLC (before the neck collar run, probably, lol). Your words really sank in. Not a day later from reading what you said about that mod, I read someone else's comment on Nexus that was talking about a part of that particular mod that the author sank his work into making that area immersive rather than beautiful; he used a lot of the same words and expressions you had in talking about the beginning of this DLC. And looking back at this post in hindsight now, I can feel that immersion coming off your posts, your screenshots and the mood - really awesome, and brought us viewers into the mood with you as you tackled it. It really got me thinking a lot about the way I dabble in the CS/CK/Geck - I really like to make pretty facades in my mods because it is something I can do to really see and feel the contrast from the vanilla game and know I've really created something completely different (and hopefully beautiful) out of something that wasn't. I really like to see the contrast in what it was and what it is after I dabbled around in it - (and then have to scramble to come up with some Lore to explain that beauty in a wasteland devastated by nuclear holocaust). That is why I rarely if ever upload my mods, because they are only made because I just really enjoy dabbling my paintbrush; the fun for me is in the making of them, and in being able to go in game and see something I actually created and remember all the work and fun it was to make it - not really thinking about the Lore till I show it to someone else; because it doesn't break my immersion in the game, it enhances it. Anyway, it was because of what you said that I tried something different in modding - made my first attempt at making an immersive mod rather than a pretty one. It was not as much fun, the feeling of having accomplished something didn't come immediately like it does in retexturing buildings, etc - but it will def be a satisfying feeling if someone tells me it is immersive to them, lol. Anyway, I'll have to dedicate that cell to you and your statement that made me pull out all stops to make that cell immersive. Holy Cow, the Boomers came, and you caught it on film! AWESOME !!!!! I don't know how you managed to take any shots with that huge battle going on! Acadian: You are close in your thoughts on the House Loses pic. That is Richard House, the creator of RobCo Industries. He was alive before the nuclear war, 200 years before the game. I guess he has not aged well! That is indeed a California Bear on Annie's armor. Or a New California Bear at least - with two heads. It is from a NCR Powered Armor mod I found. I have been saving it up for the final big battle. They finally did get that B-29 flying! It is a good thing Annie helped out those Boomers! mALX: Wow, that is really gracious of you to say how what I said inspired you to do something different in modding. I think modding can be as fun as playing the game. It ought to be, considering how long it often takes! I definitely agree that doing it is its own reward, and the important thing is that you enjoy what you created. Like you, I don't upload most of the mods I create, because I think most people wouldn't really care for them. I make them for myself. Lately I have been looking at how to export armor from Fallout 3 into Skyrim. I think it would be cool to play a Sky character who came from the Wasteland. How doesn't really matter. The Dragobreak, the fabric of reality being ripped at the Throat of the World, or just Aliens. Just imagine going through Skyrim with Winterized Combat Armor, or a suit of T45 Power Armor. I think that would be fun to do with Molly Hatchet. But it looks like converting meshes is a huge pile of worms, that just goes completely over my head. It is too bad Spike was hostile. He would have made for a great companion! Now that Annie Ley Oak has beaten the game silly, I have moved on to Fallout 3. I have just started studying conversion from Oblivion to Skyrim, which is probably worse - I want RileyMarks and MEO's static dishes in my game so badly I can't see straight. RM gave me permission, but MEO won't (so won't be able to add his to any mods, but I can use them in my game). The only tutorials i've found were for porting/converting armors or weapons; nothing for clutter statics; but I'm going to keep trying at it. It took me 6 weeks to create a tankard filled with beer, and it is in my game in every home /tavern/etc - looks Awesome! http://i434.photobucket.com/albums/qq67/Ma...zps6425db86.pngThat is the Skyrim tankard, a bowl of stew minus the bowl, and the beer from RileyMarks; so since I have his permission it is flying with any mod I produce whether I upload it or not. If you need any tutorial links, I've got them up, it will only take a second to send them. I am sending you a PM on the inspiration, don't want to post links on your page here.

Acadian: Back to DC indeed. Molly's hairstyle is called Fallen Angel. It has always been one of my favorites from Fallout 3. She might dye it with the blood of her enemies! I could not resist a Star Trek reference with the bowl of noodles. In one of the Next Generation episodes a character spent some time serving on a Klingon ship as part of an officer exchange program. He sat down in the mess hall and noticed that the 'noodles' in his bowl were moving. One of the Klingons then mentions that gagh (the noodles were worms) are best served live... mALX: Molly's melee is not that high yet. Only about 50 or 60. She has had to put points in science and lockpick to get doors open, and she spent a few on explosives in the hopes of being a little more accurate when she throws grenades in VATS. I am not sure if that is helping or not. I tried making some New Vegas style melee perks, but FO3 just doesn't have the entry points to modify things like weapon speed, or even action point cost. I did mod the Iron Fist perk to make it work with both melee and unarmed, and made it add 7 points to damage per rank, rather than 5. Molly has two ranks in that so far. That beer looks very foamy! No wonder, it is from a mod, not one of the vanilla games. I will hold off any more attempts at converting meshes to Skyrim. I do have links for tutorials. Looking at them makes my head hurt after a while... Kablammo!Molly is on the moveGreyditch has never looked the same since Molly's visitHaving a ghoulish timeRelaxing in her bedroom

Old news – Ahah! I remember that scene with the gagh now. I just didn’t connect the noodles worms dots. Kablamo – nice to see Molly with a big girl gun. It really looks cool in front of her dual mohawks. Molly on the move – back to her axe namesake hatchet. Greyditch – I had a chuckle over the poor mail box. Axing a ghoul! As soon as I saw the title of the last one, I knew to look for teddy bears!

I've just started a tutorial and downloaded all but one of the links - that one is an older archived model of the Blender (like 2.49b) - which is no longer available for upload, so not sure how I'm going to get that. But here is the tutorial, in case you haven't seen this one yet - it sounds a little easier to follow than the others I was trying to follow: http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/t...rim/#entry83868How in the world did she fight those ants with an axe !!!!!! Even drinking their nectar to ease the burning they killed me several times, lol. I love Molly's armor in that Greyditch shot! This is the first time I've ever actually seen the Survival guide! How odd the world copy of the Repellent stick looks, it looked so different in your hands, lol. I see Misa has some catching up to do again !!! Awesome shots !!!

OMg, how did you get her to hold that Nuka Cola bottle? And what armor is that? I love it! Favorite shot, right here!
Wow, I can't believe it - I actually made it here at the same time as Molly! I found it on my way somewhere else, but couldn't pass up the Nuka Quantums, lol.
Holy Crap, that ant is HUGE !!!!
OMG, she killed a Deathclaw with an axe? HOW? AWESOME !!!! That deserves a descriptive play by play !!!!!
Beheading the Enclave - got to be my second favorite shot, ROFL !!! I love the action shot in this! They are not rolling in my game yet, I wonder what event triggers them? All I've seen is the Eyebots.
Holy Crap, is that a behemoth? Urk, where is she?

Nuka break - Ah, the pause that refreshes! Top-popping - Danger, Will Robinson! Danger! ( Reference for younger members. ) Bug hunting - Jiminy Cricket! I don’t know if that thing is a spriggan, chaurus hunter or spider! Glad Molly axed it though. Deathclaw - See how good Molly looks as a two hander? Remember that when she goes to Skyrim! Enclaver – Molly is head-poppingly good with that axe! Big gurl gun – Wow, that guy wielding a fire hydrant reminds me of the Arnold scene in Pradator – “You are one ugly-looking mo-“.
