Tried playing the Division on my laptop, it works but I need to upgrade my video card. Looks like I need to take a trip to Best Buy Wednesday.

Make sure you read up on using video cards with laptops. It's not like replacing one in a desktop.

Usually it isn't possible to upgrade a laptop's video card. That is one of the many reasons to never buy one for gaming.

Well, Khajiit has read that you can rig up a video card to run externally but the author admitted that it was not optimal.

My laptop was the only thing I could afford at the time. The rest of the specks are fine I just need to upgrade the video card and I shouldn't have to do anything else to it.

So the main quest of the Clockwork City DLC is challenging my knowledge of an obscure part of Elder Scrolls lore and now I gotta restrain myself from finishing it all in one night (though I suspect I'm near the end, or at least past the half-way point).

It's like...only barely related to questline at all but it would probably mean having to rework some characters as far back as Skyrim LMAO help

Update: I was right about there not being much left, but I was wrong about getting answers. Good? I guess?

Completed System Shock 2 last night. Plowed through it in the past couple weeks. Overall, I really liked the game. Great atmosphere, a few good scares, and mostly solid mechanics. However, a few of my criticisms:
-The game sort of dragged on towards the end, and felt a little too padded.
-Firearms degrade a little too fast. Are they made of paper or something? It never became an issue for me, mind you, but I think weapons should have degraded slower and disposable maintenance tools should have been harder to come by.

A couple of my sharper criticisms are getting into spoiler territory, so just in case somebody wants to play the game I will put it in spoilers:

Major battle over one of the planets in SW:Rebellion today. I was attacked by a large fleet with many capital ships and 44 fighters while I had no more than 32 fighters in my fleet and only five capital ships. Luckily though, I had many more fighters on the system itself and with some careful tactics, I won!

Should it be a problem that prior to this battle, the Emperor was captured...? biggrin.gif

So I fled back to Fable 3 and tbh I found the part where you're given free reign to do a bunch of quests after meeting the Bowerstone Resistance to be the most enjoyable so far. It's the only time it feels, mmm, appropriate? After the halfway point it almost seems irresponsible unless you're sent on a quest for a relic to fill the royal treasury.

I would have gone to Oblivion, but now I'm not sure if I wanna do that, continue my years old Morrowind file, or FINALLY finish Daggerfall (I'm at the start lol). Guess I'll take some time to decide.

lol yeah, I also recently overdosed on Skyrim. I still have that save and plan on continuing it when the...stress wears off. So for now: TES II-IV.

Piers has been in Wolverine Hall for 3 years now, and come to think of it, Serabi left the Privateer's Hold and has been waiting at a backwater High Rock village for nearly the same amount of time. I wanna say Daggerfall because I never finished it (or even got past talking to Lady Brisienna), but I only really played through Morrowind once and I have a hard time staying interested in Daggerfall in spite of its mechanics.
