So Buffy has completed her study of Group Delves. Link: http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Group_Delves There are seven of these – all in Craglorn and they are hybrids between public and group dungeons. Buffy has successfully soloed each of them as both healer and stormsorc. They are instanced, meaning only your group is inside. Trash mobs do respawn, but on a fairly slow timer. I don't think there are limits on your group size (though I've only run solo and with up to a group of three). If you die, you (like in a group dungeon) cannot self-resurrect but must be resurrected by a groupmate or wait until the fight is over (either by wipe or victory). There are one or two bosses in each and their difficulty is up there – somewhat below that of an outdoor world boss. As I’ve mentioned before, they strike me as attractive for a guild ‘fun run’. With our next guild meeting this coming Friday, I thought it might be nice to consider a group delve (or two) should we feel up to killin’ some stuff. Lol.I’ve discussed the idea with mALX and she is up for it with Britta the tank. Buffy the healer is also up for it. That forms a strong ‘base’ so others of any skill/experience can join in pretty safely while still having plenty of opportunity to crank out some damage. That said, both Britta and Buffy are sensitive to not ‘hogging’ their roles. mALX says that if someone else wants to tank, she is happy enough to bring Misa as a nightblade dps (since multiple tanks competing for taunts is a bad thing). Multiple healers, however, is not really a bad thing. So if someone wants to work as healer, Buffy can either back them up (as healer) or pass the healing staff completely and come as a storm sorceress (dps). Depending on our ‘team’ size, composition and experience levels, I can make recommendations on which delve(s) to take on – as some are easier than others. Anyway, just wanted to float this as an idea with plenty of time to discuss. If anyone has preferred or better ideas, please bring them up. Honestly, as long as Buffy gets a goblet of Tamikas and someone will play the lute for her to dance to a bit, she’s a happy elf.
