Switching from green to red Bell Peppers had made my salad suppers so much more flavorful and enjoyable. Who would've thought? Would that I could find an equivalent tomato upgrade (that I can afford).
Sadly, Ken's Garlic Parmesan Dressing has been missing in action for some weeks now. It had become a salad staple. This is the second favored Ken's dressing to disappear on me. This week's Fuji's look to be bottom of the barrel. Not much choice in the matter. Found only a few in the bin, just enough to see me until next grocery run. Forgot to put eggs on the grocery list, meaning I didn't buy any. No biggie. I'm short one only for the week. Or is the two? -------------------- |

Well crap! First Ken's Garlic Parmesan disappears off shelves. Now, Hidden Valley Cheddar & Bacon Ranch is gone. That's two of my three dressing staples kaput.
On a positive note, this week's Fuji's look to be yummy. Won't know until tomorrow or Wednesday. They almost have to be better than the bottom-of-the-barrel Fuji's bought last week. Am having a sub from the kiosk near Walmart's deli today for this week's splurge meal. I find them a much better deal that subway's offerings. Tastier. A better value for the money imo. -------------------- |
